Information we collect
Membership, volunteer, idea, community issue, contact and donation forms collect your name, phone number, email address, county, district, community and the content of your message. No national identification numbers, bank details or card details are collected anywhere on this platform.
How information is stored in this prototype
In this demonstration build, submissions are stored only in your own web browser and are never transmitted to a server. Clearing your browser data removes them.
How information will be used in production
Once connected to the NIMBO backend, information will be used to register members, place volunteers with county desks, respond to enquiries, route community issues and acknowledge contributions. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Access and correction
You may request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or ask to be removed from NIMBO records by contacting the secretariat through the contact page.
Security
The production platform will use access controls, role-based administration and audit logging. Sensitive financial processing will be handled only by authorised payment providers.
Children
Membership registration is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
